B Complex and LP?

I have heard that B Complex can lengthen your LP. Have you experienced this? How many days more did you get in your LP due to B Complex? How frequently should we take B Complex to get these results? Should we take it every day before and after ovulation or only during our LP?

Thanks a lot for any help.

Love,
Amy.

Hi Amy, I'm no expert on this, but I've read quite a bit on here about it. Although I don't actually know the exact length of my luteul phase (I don't currently use OPKs or BBT) my cycles were always very regular at 27 days. However, when I started taking a pre-natal vitamin (which had B complex in it) my cycle jumped up to 31 days one month and 30 another. I've stopped taking the vitamin now and it's gone back to normal. I'm not sure whether it was JUST the B complex that had this effect or anything else as well, but with the pre-natal vitamin my total cycle increased by a good few days. Hope this helps a bit!
