polycystic ovary syndrome?

i have and its really hard for me....

My mom has it. What symptoms do you have? are you on any medications? There are also quite a few girls over on the LTTC board who have this.

i havent had a period since the end of may
im not on any medication at the moment and i was diagnosed with it about 3 years ago..im currently off sick as for past two weees im constantly bein sick..i was told @ first that i would find it hard to get pregnant till my body gets bak to normal i have been pregnant a few times but i have miscarried everytime..i was also told it was likely i cudnt carry all the way and its obvious i cant at the moment

You should go to the doctor again and ask them why they think you have PCOS. Then treatment could start then if needed. Since PCOS is a syndrome caused by combination of genes, it depends on which ones you have and that would help determine how to treat the symptoms you have as well as determine the severity. You likely are insulin resistant though if you really have the syndrome and not just PCO (which is also possible). The first line of treatment is usually metformin if treatment is required.
