I've read some posts about ladies taking Vitamin B complex to extend their Luteaus Phase. My LP is about 12 - 13 days, and so I'm not sure whether I should also it daily. - What do you think ? Also what is the recommended daily dose ? Also want to get hubby some zinc tablets - whats the daily dose for him ? Thanks for your help ladies.... PS Good luck to all other TWW !!!  |

I take one tablet a day, which is the recommended dosage according to the instructions in the bottle.  I think your GP would be able to give you a better advice about that. Sorry I am not much help.. I take 500mg folic acid every day too. DH doesn't take Zinc yet. |
