Vitamins

Take Pregnacare and a calcium supplement as soon as possible and continue taking it even after you have conceived - as long as your GP agrees with that, of course.

Now, with EPO (Evening Primrose Oil) you need to start taking it like this...

1st cycle:

From day up to ovulation day - 1000 mg per day (usually 2 capsules from the TESCO EPO)

From ovulation to or - Flax Oil

2nd cycle:

From day up to ovulation day - 1000 mg per day (usually 2 capsules from the TESCO EPO)

From ovulation to or - Flax Oil

... and so on... until you get your BFP!

You should not take EPO after ovulation because it can interfere with the implantation, since EPO causes the uterus to contract... But you must take it before, because it improves your EWCM.

If you already get plenty of fertile CM, especially EWCM, EPO may not be necessary for you.

I don't get a lot of EWCM, so am going to start using it this cycle.

BUT!! It is VERY important you STOP taking EPO as soon as you ovulate!! So if you decide to take it, make sure you know exactly when you ovulate. If you don't, I would say not to take the EPO.

OH - Multivitamin with 20mg Zinc, 100mg Selenium and 400mg Folic acid.

You can get any or all of them in Tesco, Superdrug, Asda, Boots or any pharmacy near you. If you are confused about which ones to take, I would ask advice to your GP or to your pharmacist.

Good luck! xx

Any of them will probably work just fine. Just choose one and go with it! If you are worried, stick with a brand name that you are familiar with or that someone else on here has mentioned taking.

They will all do just about the same thing for you... all will help make sure you have a healthy .
