As for OH, get him on a good men's multi-vit and some zinc.

So i can take prenatal vitamin, folic acid, b complex and b6 vitamins? where can i get them from?

Don't take b complex and b 6 both... b complex will contain b6. I get them from any local pharmacy/grocery store. I'm sure you can get them from a similar place. I know loads of ladies on her from the UK are on them.

I'm from the US, no boots here. I know you can get them online, too. I'm sure some of the UK ladies can tell you where to get them. B complex and folic acid are pretty cheap, prenatal vits are a little more, but still not bad. At least over here.

no problem, just never been to a boots, so I don't know much about them. From what I have heard here, though, I think it is likely they would have them.
