Vitamin B-Complex

So I took Vitamin B-Complex (50mg of all B Vitamins) last month and it definitely worked for me. Went from an 11-12 day LP with spotting to a 15 day LP. Question is... should I continue taking it? I think the answer is yes, but I wanted to get other opinions. The only thing I am truly bothered by is that I have to wait 4 days longer now to start my cycle again. But it gives the egg a longer time to implant too.

Ok, I think I've probably answered my own question, but I'd still love to hear opinions.

So glad to hear that B-50 Complex helped! I just started taking 50 mg of B complex this cycle and I am hoping for the same result! My LP has only been 10-11 days. From what I've read I think you keep taking it. Couldn't hurt anyways, right? Best of luck to you and sending lots of your way!

I have a question too - if you get your would you continue to take? Would you at any time during your pregnancy stop taking it? Or would you take it thru the whole time with your other vitamins...Or would you stop?
Congrats on your longer LP, thats great news.

I would continue. I don't see the harm and actually quite a few benefits. They're actually supposed to balance some of your hormones, give you energy and help with nausea when you're pregnant.

Hope it works for you too bobobaby!!!

I would continue taking it. My LP is 15-16 days and I have been taking B-vitamins for a while now. It's a bit of a pain to have to wait longer for AF but I think it's worth it in the longer run. xx

I found it worked - I got my BFP this month after taking it for the first time this cycle. I've stopped now I am pg, since I'm just sticking to pg vitamins just in case.

I've just started taking it this month (thanks to advice from Verstise) - so I'm really hoping for a good outcome. I feel most encouraged by what you are all saying. Thanks
