Green Tea

Hi ladies,

Have any of you heard that green tea can help you get pregnant? I remember reading about it ages ago & my bf has just got some for some stupid muscle diet he's going on, so I thought I might as well have some if it will help in ttc. Just googled it & it says it does help, not sure why though!!

I actually drink it every day , love it but havent heard of it doing that... So that great news !!

I've not heard that. I did hear though that you shouldn't drink it whilst pregnant. I've no idea if thats true or not. One of my work colleagues used to drink it but stopped when she was preggy as thats what she had been told. Would be interesting to know for sure!

Ive been told the same, its good n healthy and somehow helps ttc but not to be drunk when preggers.

I've read that it helps as well, I'm drinking a cup at the moment

Does it give you indigestion? I drank a cup this morning for the first time & ended up with indigestion!!

Not me...I haven't noticed that at least, I've been drinking it regularly. I got decaffinated - sometimes caffine can give us indigestion.
