Fertility Foods

I was surfing the web to see if there is anything in my diet that I should change to help improve my chances to conceive and I came across this video. It does have a few helpful tips so I thought I would share it with you all.

Thankfully I already am eating mostly organic foods.

Thanks Kimberly! Keep up with your vitamins too, your fish oils and your B vitamins! One really great way to get whole veggies is to make them into a smoothie. I make a 'green smoothie' with a banana, kale, kefir (it's like yogurt), juice or water, and some frozen berries (I have been known to throw some carrots and celery in there too). You can put anything in it! It's really good!
Thanks for the post!
