how to Regulate periods


out of all the weird and wonderful things we've all tried, tested or heard about what regulates periods?

I could be wrong, but I'm sure I read somewhere that Agnus Castus can help regulate your cycle.

Maybe have a chat with your GP?

agnus castus and black colash i take that seemed to help me but i'd also speak to your GP so it's on record so they can help you in necessary!

thanks everyone sorry i should of explained it not for me i've a friend who can bleed up to 28days non stop and the come on 2 weeks later! the doctors have scanned her, prodded her poked her and given her the pill and different tablets and its still happening

omg bleeding for 28days how awful ! dont think there is anything herbel she cud take 4this defo see doc till its sorted!!
but about the other thing "regulate cycles" ive heard agus stuff is good,but yeh defo shud av it on doc records cos when i went about these odd everyother mth cycles,and he advised me to get cd21 tests done,aswell as other things aswell,so i did and as uknow last mth was fine,waiting 4this mth results

thanks its just dreadful though cause she doesnt even have enough time to know when she will ovulate! and its not always 2 weeks she comes back on so she does have a chance of implanting!
