Hi girlie's,
just a bit of help. I am waiting to buy a ovulation test and I have never used them before. How do they work? Are you ovulating when the test says positive?

I used my first one today so we're both ovulation test virgins!! According to the instructions a positive result means you should ovulate within the next 24 to 36 hours. I got a pale line which means I haven't reached that stage yet, but I took it as a sign that I might soon so took hubby straight to bed lol!! I haven't been TTC for long and am not yet sure of my cycles so thought they may help be get a better idea.

PS Boots are doing a BOGOF on First Reponse ovulation tests right now, which is useful cos they ain't cheap!

yeah that's useful. they aren't cheap. i shall have a look tomorrow or monday.
Fingers crossed we will be pregnant very soon
