Noobie!! WTM anyone who'll talk to me!!!

Hi everyone....anyone!!...

I'm a noobie on here and I'm dying to talk to anyone anout any aspect of TTC!! My DH and I have been TTC since Aug although kind of intermittently! I've not told anyone we're trying, not even my sister or best friend, cos I could just really do without the pressure!! We were married at the end of July so needless to say everyone's kinda expecting a baby soon which is pressure enough. I would be mad about the automatic presumption that the minute a couple get wed they want to jump on the baby wagon but it's a bit difficult as it's true for us!! Anyway, this was leading somewhere..... basically as I really don't want anyone to know we're trying it means the only person I can speak to is DH and he's gonna get bored of it all pretty quickly!! He really wants a baby but he's not the kind of person to get caught up in all the what if's - completely the opposite of me!!

I've already had a couple of cycles where I've been concious of every little thing my body's been doin, any nausea, slight stomach cramps, sore boobs etc. but despite all the symptoms I keep thinking I have I've had 3 BFN so far!! So much for thinking I'm in tune with my body, lol!! I just wish I could find a way to not be concious of my body's doing while I wait for AF to appear (or rather not appear!!) How does everyone else on here stay sane?!

Anyway, sorry for the ridiculously long post but it's a bit of a relief to finally be able to say out loud (kind of!) I'M TRYING TO GET PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

C
x

Hi and welcome, I am in my 3rd cycle of ttc, everyone on here is really lovely. My DH is the same want me to get pg but thinks it will all just 'happen' on its own and i don't think they could ever appreciate how hard the 2ww is. Still at least here you can rant, moan and share your good news too!

Have to say it is just such a relief having somewhere I can talk about it all!! I've had a weird last few days of quite a few pregnancy symptoms (nausea etc.), despite having an early AF on 21st day last week (I've been 28 days on the button up till now) Have tried not to think that perhaps it was decidual bleeding instead of AF - seem to have spent my life on google the past week looking for possible causes for periods during pregnancy!! Think I know deep down that I'm not pg but it's so hard not to read into every little thing. Hoping all the nice girlies on here can help to keep me sane!!

Talking about things on here will definitely help keep you sane, and you will know you are not alone with your symptom spotting!

Yeah, I thought I knew most of the pregnancy symptoms until I came on here, how wrong I was!! Who would have thought being a bit burpy/gassy could be a sign (and I've been burping like crazy the last few days!!)

Last month's cycle has completely thrown me out what with seeing my AF a whole week early. I'm not sure when to expect to start ovulating this cycle. Guess it's just lots of the BD regardless and just see when (and if) AF arrives next time! Feels a bit early in the whole TTC thing to be investing in ovulating tests. Any natural signs I could look out for?

lots of people look for ewcm as a sign of when they are more fertile.

Thanks for the tip bebe, I'd been looking through a couple of the other threads and had noticed a couple of posters mentioning it. I'll have to keep an eye out for it!
