How many of you have conceived naturally with a low sperm count?

I really need some cheering up....

The OH has a low SC and he's due to have a 'small operation' for varicocele on the 13th October. He's been on Tamoxifen and Testogel aswell as a zinc supplement and the count and motility are slowly improving.

The thing is... I'm getting all these weird symptoms and I'm probably imagining it all and getting my hopes up (and I'm now going to jinx myself) but I really think we might have done it this month. But then I get that niggling little voice in the back of my head, reminding me of the low SC. I just don't think it's going to happen naturally but the Doc keeps saying "it only takes one!" I'm just so down and the moment and I'm fed up of crying I guess I just need to hear some success stories that it is possible to conceive naturally with a low SC. Anyone??

Thanks Angeldust. It's nice to know it's possible, but I'm really sorry to hear about your loss Let's hope we get those BFP's soon!

Sorry but I don't have any personal experience but it is true that it only takes one little fella to do the business.

Hopefully the op on your OH improves things.
