TTC #1 and trying BBT & Fertility Monitor...

Hello everyone! We are ttc our first child...we REALLY want to start a family! I have a VERY irregular AF, sometimes I could get it one month on the 3rd and the next month not til the 28th! And it has really not been a usual AF! It has been very very light and sporatic during the 5-7 days! I have had some testing done to see if there is anything wrong, but everything came back just fine! Do you think that I am doing the right thing in trying both things at the same time?? I am also going to purchase the PreSeed stuff and use that! Is that too much? Am I overdoing it? I don't know!! We have not used anything to prevent pregnancy for 3 years now, and nothing. So this is why I want to try some other things! Anyone have any suggestions?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

hey there,i have really irregular AF as well, like yours it cant turn up on the 3rd,then the next month the 28th .. i currently take maca capsules,i read its a herbal way of helping to regulate your cycles without drugs, definatly dont need the BCP at this time to do that! so you may like to try them to see if that does help you.there avaliable in health shops(i got mine from ebay though!)

Me and the OH have been TTC since Jan 2007 and nothing... he has a low SC, I also have irregular cycles. On CD37 at the moment and I think I'm about to OV, got a faint line on an OPK this morning. I'm on VitB6, Folic acid and just ordered some Evening Primrose oil. Also doing BBT for the first time but at the moment it looks more like a kids dot-to-dot and doesn't make much sense I started the CBFM this month but all I've had is highs from CD6 and then nothing since CD26 I think... it thinks AF is coming but I know it isn't Well, not for two weeks or so.... I don't think you can do too much! I'm finding out more and more things on here and trying them out! The more I know about my body the better, because at the moment it's got me totally flummoxed! Good luck to you xx

Oh and I'm starting acupuncture next month to try and help make my cycles regular! There's a doctor at my surgery who specialises in infertility and does acupuncture! She suggested it to us, so we were lucky to find her!
