Can being sick affect your chances of pregnancy?

Ok, I am not temping or anything this month. Its hard for me to do anyway because I am always up at different times for work and such...
so I have no idea when I O.

I have been BDing every 2nd day all month..

Problem is I have a bit of a sinus and ear infection right now. I have been taking amoxicillan for it, which I know is safe to take during pregnancy.

But can me being sick like stop ovulation or decrease my chances in any way? I dont have a fever, and my stomach feels fine?
