hello! just a few questions!

ok so i started spotting saturday night and as of now i still am, but it seems to be more red....so assuming

will be here or its her. I usually have very heavy periods so not sure whats going on. Also i was like 3 days late....if this is witch what day do i start as cycle day 1?

When i started spotting right away or when i will actually bleed. if i dO?
Also for temping, do i just use a regular thermometor and take it everyday?

hi there
You should only count your firstfull day of red blood flow as cycle day 1 so don't count the spotting.

For temping youneed a basal body thermometer which can be glass or digital. I use a digital from boots (£7) because it's very quick, records the last temp taken and doesn't need shaking down.

I also use fertility friend website for charting as it's very informative. After just 2 months followingtheir instructions I got a bfp! Sadly I miscarried but the site really helped me understand my cycles
