Seems like I ovulated on day 8 rather than days14-20 this month? Is it possible to stick fall pregnant if you have sex 24 hours after ovulation.

I'm asking because all the info available is confusing me. Apparently it takes 12 hours for the sperm to meet the egg and then some sites say the egg only lives up to 24 hours and other say 48 hours. Please help as I really am grasping at straws here! Many thanks XXXX

I think it's maybe less likely but can be possible... The next day or so after OV is still down as fertile on some chart things online.
