worried about my temps at 34oc - UPDATE gone up to the 35's

i'm charting with fertilityfriend so far yesterday and today i've been taking my temps with putting the thermometer under my tongue and waiting for it to beep at me i then take it out and it says 34.... yesterday it was 34.46 and today was 34.67

i dont do anything and keep it right next to me to do first thing do u think its because i could be sleeping with my mouth open and is that going to cause a problem?

edited to say i am cd6 now and finished AF yesterday and my temp went up this morning to 35.07 from 34.68 yesterday, thats ok .... right?

i must admit i was feeling quite cold whilst on AF maybe my body just plumets when i am on

Not sure hun, if you think that's the case maybe set your alarm, then wake up and stay still for 15 mins then take your temp xx

I don't think it matters... as long as you are taking it at the same time very morning, it will show a hike (doesn't matter what your starting point is) when O.

It shoulnt matter, I sometimes sleep with mouth open or closed.

thanks i know honey08 said about it being low but wasnt sure if thats a good or bad thing although i am freeeeeeezing at the moment not sure if its cause i am only on cd3 or what but i am frozing all day and when i get home think about putting the heating on!

if you have only just started temping its possible that you just have quite a low body temp & this would be quite normal for you - as long as you see a raise around ovulation which is sustained throughout your LP this is pefectly fine.

stick with it hun & you will soon be able to see what your pattern is gonna be xx
