CD21 results tomorrow

I had my blood tests done on Friday to check if I am ovulating as I suffer from PCOS. I'vehave to ring the surgery tomorrow to check the results but am a bit confused, if I have ovulated (I think I have, strongly pos OPK's on CD14 and 2 peaks on CBFM) does this mean I will ovulate every month? I'm worried that they will say yes you have ovulated and I will carry on TTC and not be ovulating, how will I know that??

And if I'm no ov'ing, I have to go and see the GP, any ideas what will happen next? Am I likely to be referred to a gynaecologist or will my GP prescribe something?

I didn't think I'd get so worried about this but I feel really nervous!
