So I am only 1dpo and I am already obsessing!


The first time we ttc, we got a but unfortunately I had a natural m/c at 8wk4d (mid-July).

Last month we only BD once after a long and a business trip.

But this month, everything has seemed to fall into place like the first time. I got a +OPK, used pre-seed, and plenty of

I promised my SO that I would keep the obsession talk to myself so as not to drive him crazy as I feel.

Who and how do *you* obsess during the TWW?

Hey hun,

I cant help obsessing...im 7DPO! But trying not to..but its so hard not to!
Im noting down every strange feeling/poss symptom but it was our first month TTC so im not holding out much hope!! We straight after and 2 days past OV so im sure we did it enough! We also used pre-seed.

I'm obsessing too! I'm 5dpo - not much in way of symptoms but was very very upset this morning and couldn't stop crying.

Thats what I was like on saturday!!! 5DPO! I was sat on the sofa and DH asked what i wanted to do and I burst into tears and ran upstairs...I didnt even take a phone call from my best friend! He thought I was going mad...it could be cos the is approaching but im trying to remain positive!!
Had a few other symptoms..headaches,watery CM, constipation! but that could be the too!
It might be all in my head!

Im not obsessing about being pregnant .....yet. Currently im obsessing about when and if I will ovulate, if we will catch the egg, how accurate the OPK's I have are, and how often we should have sex. So not much then lol xx

I am obsessing........only 1DPO and feeling symptoms!!! Or are they in my head, always tired and my bbs are soooo sore cant even run down the stairs i have to hold them lol. I think I am only 1DPO but unsure as this is my first proper cycle of TTC and it was done by a calc on internet - apparently have 37 day cycle but used to be 28 bt confused, how do you know for sure when your ovulating? should you save up his swimmers or jst every time you get a second?? I will be amazed if i get pg this time as i dont seem to know what i am doing lol thanks and pls help me xxxxxx

We BD'd at least once a day, if not twice.

And I used OPKs to find out when my LH surge was taking place, so it would give me an idea of when I was ovulating.

I did BBT most of this cycle (but not all of it), but I'll still check the next few days to see if I start hitting the 98 degree mark (I run a normally lower body temperature).

I also had very distinct ovulation pains yesterday afternoon.

My recommendation is to BD as much as you can and use the OPKs to find out when the absolutely crucial time is. If you BBT, then you should also start to see a pattern after a couple of months.

hi, i'm new to this forum but have been doing huge huge amounts of research into timing and so on as i'm trying to conceive. you're right, it gets obsessive and you have to try not to keep talking about it to your OH!

I'm with ya Jersey! I'm 7dpo and obsessing BIG TIME!!! This is not good. They really need to invent a pill or something for the 2WW.

Ditto all that! I'm not sure how many dpo's i am but i am on cd29 of a 28 day cycle, so obsessing big time, keep getting bfn's but i am going to try some branded tests instead of ic's and see where that gets me lol. Good luck to all on the 2ww and anyone testing x
