I'm Currently Feeling: 


Would you call this a day 1 or a day 48?

I am curious what you would call a Day 1? Small amount of red blood? Brown blood? Currently sitting at Day 48 in my cycle and just wanting to get on the right path.

Day 1 is usually considered to be the first day of full flow.

if you need to waer a pad then it is day 1 but if it only spoting then its not
