You should definately bd while you are ovulating! Or if you know your cycle well, bd the day before ovulating too!

Thank you. I came off the pill at the beginning of August, had a period 23 days later so I'm working on that. I used an ovulation calculator on the web and it said I should be most fertile from yesterday. Don't have the pains yet but it doesn't hurt to try anyway.

Susan, are you using OPK's? Don't just go by what the chart says on the web. That's what I was going by (and opk's) but I actually got my +opk a week later than what was said on the chart. I had O pains a couple of times last month so it was a bit confusing.
