I'm Currently Feeling:  | i'm pretty sure you can - well I'm just taking it daily as a supplement along with B12 / pregnacare!

I'm Currently Feeling: | Bad news, i'm so scared.
Volume normal 2-5ml DH 1.9
Motility normal >50% Dh 36%
Morphology normal >50% DH 20% alive 80% dead
He is in a real mood, i'm so scared and upset, i know he will feel he has let me down, this is my worst nightmare, i'm scared he won't want to fight for this. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | ok - don't worry about this when my hubby first did his it was
Volume normal 2-5ml DH 2
Count normal 100-250mpml - DH 14 million
Motility normal >50% Dh 12%
After 3 weeks on macca it was
Volume normal 2-5ml DH 2.5
Count normal 100-250mpml - DH 125 million
Motility normal >50% Dh 50%
It's not over hunni - you must make him see that!

I'm Currently Feeling: | No babe i'm not ok i can't stop crying he wont talkt o me, i'm so scared. The low sperm count we can get thro, but i'm worried he wont be strong enough.

I'm Currently Feeling: | hunni - it's not your fault - it's not his fault. it's one of those things and it's easily sorted
my hubby thought it was the end of the world for a couple of days was really down about it but i soon talked him round.
He ordered the tablets the moment i found them, started eating more healthy, cut out caffine and went to the gym more in the search for super sperm and now we've got it. Just have to put the rest of him to use now to get my 
I know it doesnt feel great right now trust me i know but - but that was only 4 weeks ago for me maybe less - i'm proof it can work! Tell him that!!! |
