Appt with dr

Hi ladies

I have an appointment with my dr tomorrow. I've just had my 2nd miscarriage in 2 months so I thought a chat with her might help me.

However, I'm not sure what I should be asking her for? I know they won't carry out tests unless I've had 3 consecutive miscarriages. I guess I am just trying to make sense out of what has happened.

Any suggestions as to what she could offer/do for me?

x

Do you think you might need to have some counselling? Sorry I don't want to offend you in any way but 2 mc in as many months is a lot for one person so go through. Perhaps ask if there is anything that they can suggest you do (i'm not sure what, sorry just trying to think), anything you can take such as vitamins or other supplements, and also if maybe it's best to give yourself a break from ttc for a short while, I'm sure that's not what you want to do (it's not what I'd want to do) but in the long run it might help, your body needs time to heal and become as healthy as possible.

Look after yourself hum and let us know how you go tomorrow

I think it may be worth trying to push for investigation they did with me when I asked out right although I asked the EPU who were scanning & taking my bloods.

Theres not much you cn ask for until they say yes to this the first stage is blood tests.

Sorry to see you have gone through this again hun

*hugs* x

Just wanted to say I'm so sorry about your losses. I doubt she'll offer you any answers sweetie, but you can always ask. They do say 3 mc's before they investigate so I don't know... She can help with counselling though, if that is something you feel you need. Good luck, I hope you get what you need from the appointment. xxxx
