What can mean do to help there wife's to conceive??? And how can men improve there sperm count??

Avoiding hot baths and wearing loose underwear is supposed to be good. I would also avoid too much caffeine, alcohol and smoking....

My MIL read somewhere that it can also increase your chances of getting pregnant if your OH takes folic acide as well as you. Don't know if it's true or not but I don't suppose it can hurt.

I think you can get Sanatogen tablets for him and her but I'm not sure how effective they are, I've seen them in Boots ....
