please correct me if i am wrong

long cycles arent irregular for me though, the longest i've had since dec is 45 days but the last couple have been 35 days (yesterday) nothing less than 30 days

being 1 day late on a 35day cycle and being a poss 5 weeks 1 day should i 'surely' get a bfp by now?

Not necessarily hun... I have heard of people well over 6 weeks into pregnancy and not be able to pick it up on an hpt. Maybe you should talk your doc about getting blood work done.

Do you know exactly when you ov'd? I read in the Toni Weschler book that your cycle length only varies until ov, however, your LT always remains the same (ie. between 10-16 days). So stress can delay ovulation but nothing makes the LT vary. So my point is, if you know when your ov date was then you can figure out what's happening now...

I hope it's just a BFP waiting to be confirmed.

thanks i had the signs for ovulation on the 15th aug but as i had come on by the 31st i assumed i would have a 35day cycle like last month i tested with an ovulation stick around the 22nd but nothing so assumed i had ovulated def on the 15th all very confusing did a test with FMU this morning still bfn
