I know exactly what you mean hun!! I always wait atleast 30 mins or so before I even get up out of bed, it can be a bit uncomfortable down there lol! I also keep my legs raised up for 20 mins afterwards. (Also its supposed to really help if you orgasm afterwards, to help the sperm move their way up!!) There isnt really much more you can do, just grin and bear it!!
Sometimes the next day I still feel a bit wet down there...sorry TMI!! We have been using pre-seed the last couple of days cos I seemed to have a lack of EWCM this month. Sods law but a few months ago before we were trying I seemed to get loads of it. I even started taking EPO this month to try to help with it!! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Yea, I haven't noticed a lot of EWCM either. Hopefully our little swimmers made it just gine and the CM I had was enough, hubby is gone so I can't try again until next cycle  |

Well, it only takes once hun. I wouldnt worry too much Im sure you did your best!! If you need to next month (hopefully not) try pre-seed, its supposed to be really good for the little spermies!! It does feel like a lot comes out but theres probably alot still up there... 
My OH has just gone off to the pub so I think tonight might be a no go!!! Think ill be sleeping by the time he gets in!!

Helen this is getting kinda scary...our birthdays are 15 days apart...we ovulated 1 day apart and our 1st year wedding anniversarys are 22 days apart  hehe ours is the 29th of this month...HMMMM maybe its a sign that we will have our  at the same time too  |
