I know exactly what you mean. I keep thinking (hoping!) that I am getting symptoms but to be honest I am not sure if I am making them up or not!
I have had had intermittent spotting - tiniest bit of pink when I wipe on a few seperate and random days. Ive also been getting some lower backache and also feeling quick nauseous but not enough to be sick though... I have had a few crampy sort of pains too. I suffered from a string of headaches last week and I was feeling quite dizzy.
I have had very irregular periods due to the removal of a Mirena coil in May of last year so I cant really say when I am due or when I ovulated...! I had egcm for one day on 27th... and got a 'positive' opk (test line wasnt quite as dark as control line but after reading up on it I think it might have been a +) just before then. THe doctor says not to worry about this spotting though and I actually really am. I am sooooooooooooo
