I was going 4 a walk earlier and I down loaded a podcast I found on itunes entitle
Just relax it'll happen! The blurb said it was about ttc and I thought it sounded interesting.
I listened to the first two podcasts (around 30 mins each) and it was
GREAT. It is a couple John and Ruth (in their 30's) taking about their ttc experience. The 1st podcast they introduce themselves - they have been trying for 2 years and at the moment after seeking advice and trying a number of things they are having IVF.
The 2nd podcast they go right back to the beginning (a stage many of us are at) and talk about how ppl expect it just to happen, using opk's to find out when u ovulate and Ruth talks about using her CBFM.
On the podcast they gave a link to a website
http://www.btpodshow.com/shows/?mode...9&set=1&page=1 and it seems there are lots more podcasts to download about their journey.
John and Ruth sound very natural, upbeat and postive about their ttc process and it's a great listen. It was v reassuring for me to hear other ppl talk about things I do in my attempt to get pregnant as sometimes I think I am crazy - checking for EWCM, peeing on sticks, wondering about ur cycle lenght etc
I would really recommond a listen even to the 2nd podcast if nothing else. I got my podcast from Itunes (but they only had 3 listed there). The website also allows you to download the podcasts or listen on ur computer if u don't have an mp3 player.
I am defo going to listen to some more of the podcasts. Post back here if anyone else listens (or has already listened) and let us know what u thought.
