I'm sure I read somewhere that you are most fertile when you first come off the pill and then after your next period you are less fertile than you would normally be. Is that true?

I don't know if its true but I conceved after coming off the pill (last pill end of January, period, Feb, period, preganant)

I had been on the pill for the last 15 years with only a 2 year break.

Thanks. I just came off the pill after being on it for about 10 years. And I thought it was probably a good thing because my doctor was telling me that I should have a break from it, especially cos I smoke, although that is soon to end.
