I'm Currently Feeling:
One that works for me: lie down, close your eyes, think about your toes relaxing first, then your ankles and continue unitl you reach your head. Concentrate on breathing in and out and your mind will relax also. It helps with relaxing music, x

I'm Currently Feeling:
Try meditation - it works wonders. I love it! You can also try Yoga - which is verrrry relaxing! I actually fell asleep during one session!
