I concieved on a dark OPK and staying with bum elevated on a pillow, 10mins on back and 5mins on front (incase I had a tilted uterus)

Also... an orgasm during sex and one after

ovulation kits are really good as they tell you the 2 days when you are most fertile they can be pricey but are good start taking folic acid now cut down on alcohol smoking caffine etc.... missonary position is best for baby making also dont get up straight after sex baby dust to you have fun conceiving

hey ladies, i know that this is probably tmi but was just wondering how u 'keep it all in there' after u get up?! when i was on bcp i always used to run to the toilet to get rid but coz we're starting ttc soon i'm worried that even after half an hour or so when i get up it'll all just come back out. (again sorry for tmi) any thoughts on this?? xxx
