i tilt my hips or rest my legs up for 30 mins or so after (btw i always pee before so i don't have to get up after iykwim) before going to sleep as we normally at night i put a folded tissue between my legs to catch any leakage during the night (hate the stickiness esp if we've used pre-seed)

Thats perfectly normal. keep in mind that a) the man ejaculates next to your cervix so the spermies get to where they need to go. b) you dont need the million of sperm to get pg just one really good swimmer with good direction detection skills, lol! and c) what leaks out is seminal fluid and is perfectly normal..doesnt mean all the sperm are leaking out..the clever ones are already having a party by then! lol!

Also wanted to add, i got pg from bd 2 days before ov and ive since read that the highest rates for pg is from bd 2 days before ov and ov day itself 34-36%. I only did it only once and i certainly did not put my legs in the air, lol!! Tbh, i cannot be bothered with that as its boring and uncomfortable and there's really no reason to as the sperm are at your cervix anyway..however, i do think having an orgasm is a good thing, although not vital, as the cervix dips when you do and sort of sucks up more sperm- besides..its a fun thing, no? Lol!!

Having an orgasm is good, but u should have one before he has his (sounds good eh ladies) only because the vagina is acidic and when u orgasm it nutralises (sp?) the acid giving the sperm a better chance of survival (I read that in one of my books and it worked for me this month cause I got my BFP)

I also kept my legs in the air and used pre seed for the first time.

I bd'd every other day as soon as I saw a feint line and last did it on the night that I got my peak.

no ladies ...instead cups for keepin the little fellas in !!! defo!! i also go on ff and theres a group(that im in) "trying2conceive usin instead cups" theres been a few that have got there after first mth!! i tried them 4first mth last mth and first had a practice go as they do look big n scary,but with dh sperm and preseed it was fine cos even when ive had legs up etc...i get up2go2the loo n lots still cums out!! insteadcups are oridually made for af,but lots of conceiveing sites now recommend them! try just puttin insteadcups in ur search engine, ladies in uk av a good look cos i got mine for 6 for £6 ,on some sites exact same item £10 for 2 !! usa ladies can get them in most chemist...near tampons etc hope this helps any1,if u av trouble finding these for this price pm me n i will find the proper email address i got them from...i got them 12hrs after i ordered them..free delivery aswell!!!
*also i use opk and fertility moniotr(first time4monitor this mth,so will use opk along side it)
*and the reg vits and myself n dh take MACA put it in ur search engine and u will be amaized wot this can do !!!!!!!

I personally did the legs in the air technique, that seemed to work. Unfortunately I had an early miscarriage, but we were obviously doing it right!
