Hi All

Been to Tesco's today and stocked up on fruit, veg, fish etc etc and SCALES!!!

I am 10 stone 10 pounds!!! OMG I have never been this heavy. Must add I am only 5ft 3"

So onwards and downwards!!!

Hiya Team Kokopelli weight loss buds

wud love2join??!! 2wk ago i was saying the exact same thing to a lass on ere,but i cant remember her name,we were both guna start dieting etc and i told her i wud get intouch when i start...im starting monday ok,this has been planned 4long time so im buzzing with this thread and im sure i'll get tons of support from u all
ive had2 wait till monday as im goin2 weight watchers....like that messureinginstead of weighing tho!!!
i will be a member of a gym by end ofnext wk...this is my first goal,they seem so expensive tho,but i will be there NO1 member
im 27 and when i was 21 i lost 2.5 (got2 10st) on WW and goin2gym,and the feelin i use2get after id been2gym was grt and im sure i'll get this feeling bk after ive been for a few wk
like i said im 27...5'6 and last time i weighed myselfi was nearer 13st !! want to be 10st again..no hang on i WILL be 10st again! it suits me so much better,at the moment my boobs r just massive,38dd ,ive always being a nice small c cup,these boobs make me feel so un comfy..i wont wear tight tops anymore,im just proper un happy the way i am!!
so im hoping we can all support each other and get fit n healthy while ttc
ive got scales but guna wait till monday2weigh me sel,then i go food shopping u see so when im in disgusted,my trolley will be full of fruit n veg!! he he

ok know what we should do? seriously... like a menu and work out routine and share it, so other people might be able to use it.. Like today i did leslie sansone video, i love it, its a mile jog.. and then i just did her other indoor mile walk.. its indoor walking and jogging, but.. i ate arbys today oh well, least it wasnt BK! hehe

yesterday didnt really eat too good as just wasnt hungery but walked the dog 2 times and it is a mil at a time so hopefully its all gunna come off. good luck ladys we will all be yummy mummys!

I think we should weigh ourselves weekly and report on, I will weigh myself tomorrow and see what happens. I widh I had weighed myself last week as I have been so good all week!

I was really good shopping last night and didn't buy anything that may tempt me, I always frind if i have to do something with food (i.e prepare or cook) i tend not to snack on it) If i have grab out the cupboard and ready to go food i will pick.

OH was less than supportive over the diet last night and said it was a waste of time as will never stick to it. I am determined to prove him wrong!

YAY - I so wanted to start a weight loss thread but i was too scared to put it up!

Ok so here I am previously 9st and a size 8, at my heaviest August 07 14st size 18 just before my breast reduction!
I no weigh in at 12st 5lbs and so want to get down to 10st and be a happy healthy size 10 again.
Where do i sign up?!
