i really need to lose more weight, i kinda been putting it off and i tried to work out yest, wow, its been too long and my body was like no... i need to start eating better again too..

I want to join in theory, but in practice I know I am not ready! I need to be in the right place to loose weight, totally focused and determined and I am neither at the moment!!! Will come back when I can motivate myself....

I have got a photo of me at home which i hate I look like the michellin man so that is being stuck on the fridge tonight for extra willpower!!

I'm Currently Feeling: 


The key is 6 small meals through the day to maintain metabolism and burn calories through out the day instead of shocking your system with calorie spikes... (unfortunately when I put this into practice, I eat: 1 small bag of chips, a chocolate bar, coffee, salad, chips again, popcorn and then dinner... not going to work for me)

That's what I generally aim for, but it doesn't always work out that way.
