ok so i have been using opk since day 10 cos my cycles vary from 26 days to 30 days , i am on day 16 and still have not detected a surge but for the last 2 days i have loads of ewcm, so does this mean i have ov and the opk has not detected it or that i am going too in the next few days.all advice really welcomed .

I would go by your egg white, you can also have several days of EWCM so just BD at least every other day and keep trying the opk's. Good luck!

Thank you ladies i think thats what i will do and just hope now cos i have finished all 7 opk sticks, so will just carry on with the smep method now and see what happens.

Hey hun this has happened to me, im on day 19 with no positive opk, so i have been going by the mucous and using preseed too! Ran out of tests like u, so just keeping up the BDing. Good luck xx

what opk were u using?? i think some of the cheaper ones dont show up a good positive with some people,and did u wait 4hrs b4 doing one? as ur urine might not of been consentrated enough 4 the opk to pick up ur surge...do u chart? as that would tell you if u'd O,if ur period comes on time then u have O at the time u were gettin neg opk,so i wouldnt wry anyway,if you use them next mth try and use stronger urine...or chart??!!(if u want2start charting ive some invites4fertilityfriends charting site..ifyou wud like on send me ur email address2me by pm)

Thanks honey08 i have been using clearblue digital cos i thought that would stop any confusion, i have been waiting the 4 hours too so not sure whats going on. yeh i think i will start charting if i dont get my bfp soon , but go on hol on 19th sept so will probably start after that.its weird cos my ewcm suggests i am going to or have and i have been having ovulation cramps all day so who knows.not sure how to go about this charting as have not done it before, i caught for my twins just as i was gonna start that , so will probably drive everyone mad on here with loads of questions.
