Can I shorten my cycle

I was wondering does anyone know if there is a way to shorten your cycle?
I have been keeping track of my cycle for a long time and it was always 34 days in length. 2 cycles ago I had a 54 day cycle! I think it might have been due to stress.

My Grandma got cancer and my dog almost died that month so I am not sure, but I think that may be what caused it. Now this past month my cycle was 39days in length which is not horrible, but it is still off by 5 days and I would prefer to have a normal length cycle again.

So I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to shorten cycles.
Besides avoiding stress because I am working on that.

Also......

Somewhere I heard that having a lot of orgasms can shorten a cycle. Anyone know if that is true??

Stress can definitely contribute to longer cycles. I've never heard of orgasms shortening cycle lengths, or at least, it has yet to work for me!

I am still really new to this, but have read the natural supplement Agnes Castus can help regulate your cycle. I was also advised to take this by a nutritionist as my cycle tends to be slightly long....
