OK - hopefully someone can help me out trying to figure out my weird body!!!

So yesterday I noticed an amazing amount of EWCM and thought, sweet, it's that time again! I had stayed over my mom's to visit some family Thursday into Friday, so I was psyched the time was coming up! Last night (Friday) we didn't BD b/c I was tired and tbh, we stayed up late playing Nintendo Wii racing each other at Mario Kart lol. Temp hadn't risen yet at all.

BUT - imagine my surprise when I got up this morn and took my temp and it was 98.1 !!!!! I'm confused my according to my temp I should have O'd. (we BD'd this morning after that b/c my CM wasn't EW it was REALLY watery and wet, and I figured it wouldn't be that hostile to sperm yet). I was really hot before bed, and had a major allergy attack today and yesterday so I don't know if I actually O'd or not? It may have been a fever, b/c as I said, major allergy attack, sneezing, itchy everything, major nasal congestion you name it and I was hot before bed.

Now - I am having O pains on the left, and still have EWCM. I ran out of OPK tests so I have to go out tomorrow morning and buy some to check if it's + or -. Friday night when I got home I took the last one and it would have been absolutely positive but my pee was diluted so it wasn't dark as it should be.

I am so irritated with myself!!! Can anyone shed some insight here? Do you think I still have a chance at all? If I O'd I would have O'd on CD 13!!! What do you girls think?? Is there still a chance?

Ugh how frustrating! My body has a mind of its own too and it's totally confusing. I'm sorry I don't have any advice for you or a window into the soul of your body (or mine for that matter) but just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone.

usually if you have "O" pains ovulation has not happen yet i believe but you are near it ...FF sould confirm your "O" after 3 high temp too...i noticed too when i go to bed late my temp is sometimes a little higher the following morning as well..

i think you need to wait couples of day to confirm your ovulation diva...

If you had only one high temp, then it could have been a fluke. So I think you should get in all the bd you could now. Wait till you have three elevated temps and FF confirms ovulation, before you stop BD'ing. Good luck!

u can only just wait which is a word we all hate in'it....wait! to c wot ur temps decide to do...dont u do opk? mind u uknow i O 3days earlier than last mth!! good luck x x

your temp rises a day or so after OV apparently

Thanks for the replies ladies - just an update (I would have done it sooner, but our internet provider is having issues and it's difficult to get online and stay online :P, we got emails says they are still trying to correct the problem. It's always something!) - my temps went back down, 97.5 and 97.7 this morning. Fertility Friend hasn't detected ovulation yet, so I guess I will wait and see what happens, but my boobs hurt today.

Also, Saturday night I had an excruciating headache after having a massive allergy attack, woke up in the middle of the night/early Sunday morning and my head was still pounding, and it still hurt when I got ready for church Sunday morning too, with some nausea. Maybe I got sick or something? Maybe I already O'd? I guess I will wait and see.

Honey08 - I do use OPK's, but I never got a true positive with one this month. one was close but not quite +, my pee was really diluted even though I held it for awhile, so it could have been if I didn't drink so much fluids that day maybe(that was Friday night I think) and then last night I took one so see what it would come up as and it was close to positive but not really lol so they have also been confusing!

Sorry for all the rambling and confusion on my part lol, thanks for listening though ladies, it feels good to vent about it at least, even if now it's just a waiting game!
