I'm Currently Feeling: 


Preparation


Hello lovelies

I am taking pregnacare vitamins.
Eating lots of fruit and veg.
Having wholemeal bread.
Having brown rice.
Drinking lots of water.
Reading pregnancy magazines.
Reading pregnancy books.

Is there anything else I can do to prepare?
Also, do any of you know any good books to get? I have 'Your pregnancy week by week' which is an excellent book.

I just want to prepare as best I can. I don't know if this is a stupid post or anything but I thought I'd ask you ladies.

And another thing, is there anything I can do differently to increase my chances of conceiving?

I'm sorry about all the questions.. I was hesitant whether or not to make this post, but I did it anyway

Lyrah you sound WELL prepared! I have started to take the pregnacare to, and am also trying to reduce my weight as Ive read that can help your chances at conceiving.

I've also read things on here that I'm not sure how they work such as grapefruit?? and Robittusion???

Are you exercising?????Moderate exercise 4-5 days a week is supposed to help alot during pregnancy and labor as long as your dr. will allow it

something else to add and i dont know if its an old wifes tale or fact but ....... you are all going to love this one!

eating ice cream or drinking full dairy milk during the first 2 weeks of your cycle can help the egg to grow nice and healthy!!

also you could start temping / charting i am no good at it but the ladies on here are experts!!
