Hello lovelies
I am taking pregnacare vitamins.
Eating lots of fruit and veg.
Having wholemeal bread.
Having brown rice.
Drinking lots of water.
Reading pregnancy magazines.
Reading pregnancy books.
Is there anything else I can do to prepare?
Also, do any of you know any good books to get? I have 'Your pregnancy week by week' which is an excellent book.
I just want to prepare as best I can. I don't know if this is a stupid post or anything but I thought I'd ask you ladies.
And another thing, is there anything I can do differently to increase my chances of conceiving?
I'm sorry about all the questions.. I was hesitant whether or not to make this post, but I did it anyway
