| I think as long as you're walking a lot and not living a scedentary lifestyle you should be fine.
Kiegel muscles are the ones that make you stop your urine midflow. If you hold and release them 10-15 times a day it greatly improves your pelvic muscles- essential for pg and post birth, may i add. Also, improves your orgasms- surely not a bad thing, lol!!
