I have a few questions..

About the exercising.. I walk a lot, is that enough or do I need exercise like going to a gym?

What are the kiegle muscles?

What's r&r?

I think as long as you're walking a lot and not living a scedentary lifestyle you should be fine.

Kiegel muscles are the ones that make you stop your urine midflow. If you hold and release them 10-15 times a day it greatly improves your pelvic muscles- essential for pg and post birth, may i add. Also, improves your orgasms- surely not a bad thing, lol!!

R&r...rest and relaxation...yes, ttc can be stressfull- who knew, lol!!
