EWCM....How many days?

Ladies, today started with the egg white CM but hubby is out of town until late Sat night, yikes. I looked at some fertility friend charts you all have posted in your signatures but just wondered how many days it you have it before you usually OV.

i have it up to 5 days before ov. But you can have residual progesterone in your system even after ov resulting in ewcm up to 5 days after, too.

EWCM for me only lasts 1 day! Everyone is different hun!

I'm liking the 5 day replies, keep those coming so I can tone down my panic over here, LOL. I keep begging hubby to get his a** home sooner than Sat night but its not going to happen. I know sometimes stress can keep OV from happening at the correct time, so maybe I can stress myself into a later OV date, hahaha, only kidding but the crazy things we do around here...

I never get EWCM, and if I do it's only a tiny amount on one occasion, so can't really offer much advice, but wanted to wish you lots of luck

wait does ewcm mean you ARE ovulating or fertile?

it means you are fertile and about to ovulate..its 'produced' by the follicle that releases your egg..so the sooner you get those swimmers in there, the better. Those suckers live a good while, you know, and particularly so if you have the ewcm!!
