Cervical Position Help!

Okay ladies, this is my first month, well first time really, trying the cervical position along with temps and cm watch. TMI time...I just did the cerival position check, not sure exactly what it was like, seemed more like soft like lips, not so hard like tip of nose, but it was low, but soft and wet. So here is my question-I stuck my finger up there and when I pulled it out (so sorry) it was bloody on my finger and then when I wiped. Is there supposed to be blood???? My OH has been out of town for 5 days and its been longer than that since we bedded so just trying to figure out if I should have seen/felt blood?????? I don't have any egg white stuff yet, just more sticky and not much of it and I'm CD11. I used to have 31 day cycles but just had MC and only one AF since at CD37 so not sure when I should be ovulation (hope it is later rather than sooner since OH isn't going to be home until CD15).

So, to recap, haha, is blood normal to see on cervix at CD11??????????
