| DH's sperm test...
I've noticed over the last few weeks that there have been quite a few questions about what to expect from a SA. MY DH had one this morning and just wanted to let u know how simple it was.
We drove to the hospital, where it had been arranged that DH would use a 'special room' to produce the sample as we live more than an hour away from the hospital.
Hubby was a bit nervous about the 'special room' so he just went to the loo before we went in and produced the sample in there (he already had a sample bottle from G.P). He said it took the pressure off a bit!
He handed it in to the lab with a form the G.P had given us and was told the results would be available from our own doctor in a few days. My poor DH was so self-conscious about this appointment but it was so simple he said he had worried about nothing.
No embarassment, no examinations, no questions etc.
Hope this puts a few of your lovely hubbies minds at ease.......
