I think I ovulated about 5 days ago by my calculations and am still having mild cramps. perhaps I am just trying to hard to figure out what is going on in there but I am wondering how many days of cramping do you all experience (those of you who do) with ovulation? One thing I noticed this last ovulation was that one days I had cramping on my right and the next on my left and have heard is possible to have 2 follicles in one month. Any experience, thoughts? My cycles are usually 32-37 days so I am due for the witch in approx. 10 days give or take. I have never had mild cramping like this for so many days in a row. I did start on prenatals a few weeks ago but I don't think that would influence (unless I could be pg of course).

I tend to have cramping for many days during my cycle. Usually I continue to have cramping 1 or 2 days after ovulation. I can usually tell which ovary is ovulating too. You may have ovulated from 2 ovaries.

I think each month is so different and we get cramping just on and off, but lets hope this is a good sign with it lasting so long.

Thanks! I am not getting any other strange symptoms (though it could be too early to) but again today still had off and on cramping. Each day seems to be a little less but it is definitely still there. Only did the bd 2 times during ovulation time so maybe chances aren't so high. I keep sending positive energy to all ttc and hope we all will soon and can share everything about being pregnant!

I usually get cramps on and off till AF, but I get the cramps a lot for a few days after ovulation

that is good to know. I have heard it is common between ov and af but not sure why I have had more this time around then I remember before. Maybe my pre-natals are keeping my body in the best awareness/working order...?

normally a few days of cramps and all week of feeling tearful - generally feeling crap

Difficult for me to say as have only had 1 cycle since stopping BCP but had cramps for pretty much most of the month until AF arrived!
