Reflexology anyone?

Just wanted to know if any of you ladies have had or have heard of success stories with reflexology when TTC?

I had some gift vouchers for my birthday for beauty treatments so had reflexology today.

I have had this before as my sister has done a course in it and I was one of her case studies.

The beautician told me that the right foot was the past and the left foot was the future. She said that one part of my left foot was particularly inflamed and it turned out to be my reproductive area! She asked me if I was due to ovulate of which I am

She also said that my adrenal glands were swollen (I have been stressed lately) and she also said that there was a problem with my ears (I have had blocked ears on and off since the New Year).

She paid particular attention to the reproductive area of my feet as I said that I am TTC

I am totally hooked and if I could afford it, I would treat myself to this to help me get pregnant.

xx

Sounds promising hun! I couldnt stand someone touching me which is why I am doing my reiki course, I would rather be the one touching than being touched lol sounds sooo wrong!

I hope this works for you hun I really do!

Hey Tansey, I would say definitely go. It was totally relaxing. She charged £30 for a basic reflexology (it was very thorough).

She said that I would benefit even if I went once a month (some people go weekly, fortnightly).

I cant really justify it that often so it will have to be monthly.

Book yourself up for a treat xx

I am a bit skirmish about my feet being touched but once you get used to it, it is really relaxing. I felt totally in tune with my body. If you have a sensitive area, you can totally feel it in your foot. It feels really surreal!

I have reflexology once a week with a fertility/pregnancy specialist. It hasn't worked in the sense of me getting and staying pregnant yet but it totally is the one positive thing I have done in the long ttc journey. But like you say bloody expensive at £35 a shot!

Hiya, I had two sessions of reflexology, about two weeks apart. She told me I could wait three to four weeks for my next session but I fell pregnant in between times!
