Exercise in the 2ww


Just wondering if anyone does exercise??
Im getting abit down atm as I have put on loads of weight since MC in april. I wanted to do my Davina DVD but didn't know if its ok??
What do you think??

I think it's completely ok as long as you don't go overboard. Too much exercise and weight loss can mess with ovulation.

It's funny you should mention this. I was practicing my diving yesterday and I started thinking, "What if I'm pg or little bubba is trying to implant?" I didn't want to interfere so I stopped diving.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


I keep doing everything pretty much the same, I still do 20 mins step on the Wii fit every couple of days, go for a run one day a week and cycle on other days. Ok, none of its very 'high impact' but it keeps me sane.
I don't go mad and I don't do long runs or push myself if its hot, but increased oxygen flow is good for bubba.

Hey, I hear it's ok to exercise during tww. Even a jog is fine as long as you aren't overdoing it. I do exercise and couldn't bear to NOT exercise 2 weeks in a month!

BTW... Davina also have a pre and post natal DVD. Not sure if you have seen this one. I'm hoping to get it if and when I get my

If you already exercise you should be fine. I try and use the TWW as an excuse not to do my runs and weight training but I have been told it is fine so I get no slack from DH.
Don't overdue it and stay hydrated!! That is the most important. Best of luck to you.
