| Any info appreciated Hi all...question for you. Does anyone have any info on using self tanning lotion while TTC. I hate being so white during short season and I am not one to sun tan due to fair complexion and having a sister that passed away due to skin cancer. I do not want to harm my chances of conceiving in any way and I wonder if anyone knows whether these lotions could hurt the TTC process?
Thank you |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Should be fine hon, the only thing I've heard is once you're pg there's no guaranteeing what colour it might turn out!!!
PS so sorry to hear about your sister |

Thank you for your kind words...my life has been in turmoil for the past year and a half now and there are days when this TTC process gets to be too much. I am constantly over analysing everything that I do and wonder if it may be hurting my chances.
Congrats on your pregnancy BTW |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think you are sensible to check that it is ok. Always ask rather than worry.
So sorry about your sister. My mum has it but not the really bad one but is checked regularly. False tan is more sensible than baking yourself. I am pale and freckly and would rather be that way than be ill or worse.
Good luck with your TTC journey! xx |

| I am so sorry to hear of your mother having it as well. It's a really terrible disease and one that is very underestimated. I have often heard of people that are sun lovers saying that they can just get it removed. Well my sister had it removed and yet she isn't here to talk about it today!! Don't mean to sound as if I am preaching, but it's not a pleasant thing to watch a loved one go through it. |
