in the 4yrs being a midwife i have never told anyone to stop drinking it

for what I read, 3 cups of coffee = 8 glasses of cola as far as caffeine is concerned

I'm Currently Feeling: 


my bil's girlfriend whose pregnant smoked and drank loads of coffee prior to getting her BFP. Now the small of coffee and cigarettes makes her feel sick and hasn't touched either.

i've been on decaf and green tea since TTC, love it, Decaf tea is a much more pleasant drink - and lovely black (i'm lactose intolerant so don't have milk) i still have the occaisional diet cola but it does make me gassy so will probably cut it out when pg.

i drink decaf coffe and tea and limit my soda intake to one, sometimes 2 a day.
