I think I know the answer to this but it would be helpful if you could just confirm it.

Am I right in thinking that you can still get pregnant if you have delayed ovulation? So long as you ovulate, you've every chance.

as long as you're ovulating you stand as good a chance as any of us!

Yep, it doesn't matter when you ovulate, you can still get pregnant - as long as you DTD at the right time!!!! It's just a bit harder to pinpoint if it is later than expected and tiring. My cycles were very irregular and all that BDing was exhausting!!

The only potential problem with OV'ing late is whether or not your luteal phase is long enough for the eggie to implant prior to the onsett of AF. xx

I am so glad someone else feels so worn out after all the bding. My OH is away for 4 days and I hate to admit it, but I will be glad of the rest - as will he! Ha, ha.

It isn't always the case that LP is too short means you can't keep the fertilised egg. I have had a 23-26 day cycle and ov on day 15/16 so I always have my first af in pregnancy. I am pregnant with my 4th child and although I have had 2 losses this year they were later on than that so nothing to do with it.

Good luck hun and just use the opk and find your ov time xxx

Yep, no diffeence at all if you o early or late... and your leutal phase isnt affected by late o either. You leutal phase is always the same... so if you o late, your af will be later, thats all.

Agreed, i O on CD16 and AF was delayed by 2 days due to 2days later O... Hope it makes sence..
