Hey girls I don't know if you remember me or not. I haven't had a period since coming off BCP in March. I finally went to see the doctor who gave me a blood test then prescribed some Progesterone tablets to help kickstart AF over a period of 10 days. I started taking the tablets yesterday..

Today after SMU I got a very dark positive on my OPK(I'll post picture when my batteries in my camera are charged) . I am wondering if anyone else has been in this simular boat? Is this positive just my hormones rebooting so the reading isn't valid? Or is this actually a positive? The line came up as dark as the control line almost instantly on Internet cheapie.

ATM I live in Germany and don't speak the language so it's a little hard to phone the doctor and ask them. and my husband doesn't understand what I mean in the slightest so he can't really do it for me ^^;

I'm not sure of the answer but I just wanted to say that I hope this means your are ovulating and that the witch is on her way! Or you get in there first and get a BFP!!

Hi. i am in a similar position althou i only came off the BCP 6 weeks agao and still no bleed. do you mind me asking if you have to stop ttc for the period you are on those progesterone tablets or do you need to have a break from TTC for the 2 weeks or so before you start taking the tablets (just in case you have fallen preggers just before you start taking them) sorry that sounds realy confusing i know. i have made a docs appointment for next monday to see what my doc has to say....have got a sneaky feeling he will tell me to go home and wait some more. well if the OPK is meant to detect LH - the progesterone tabs shouldn't have made the line dark (i am no expert but that's how i would have understood it?)

I took another test an hour or so ago and it's a little lighter now. Not sure what's going on, mebbe my bodies actually being normal for a change LOL

My doctor said we could still TCC whilst on the pills, she actually said it would improve the chances slightly of getting pregnant whilst on them. Not entirely sure how but we'll see! ^^ Oh as for being pregnant before taking them, my gyno gave me an internal scan first to make sure I wasn't pregnant already, so dunno if it makes a difference o.o
