Is it true you're not suppose to take Saunas while TTC? - our gym has a new one and I'm quite tempted..

do not use saunas or steam rooms in the two week wait! If you are pregnant you are not allowed to overheat as you are at risk of miscarriage if you do!

I'm Currently Feeling: 


I'm still trying to lose weight as well. It's not going very well, however. I used to be a Powerlifter and while training for a state competition, I sprained my back quite badly and was out of commission for awhile. So, I put on a lot of weight, then tried to go back to the gym, found out all my strength was gone and got disgusted and quit altogether - gaining even more weight. Now, I'm on medication that totally messed with my metabolism, and with being 30 to boot....um yeah.....think my thin days are loooooooong gone!

Why is quorn bad - am a vege so eats tons of the stuff??
